Internationalization

About

The process of integrating international and intercultural elements into higher education institutions' missions, operations, and/or programs is known as internationalization. It entails exchanging higher education among countries, national higher education systems, and individual higher education institutions. It is the growth of higher education both inside and outside of national boundaries and academic hubs. Cross-border education is not the same as internationalization of higher education (CMO 55, s.2016).

Liceo de Cagayan University (LDCU) will have to address managing numerous offices that carry out tasks deemed comparable, pertinent, and/or associated with global affairs, along with the associated reporting systems.

Relative to this, creating and implementing the Liceo University’s internationalization strategy requires a structured and comprehensive approach rather than sporadic, haphazard actions. It aims to further encourage and motivate the effective internationalization techniques, initiatives, and programs that contribute to achieving sustainable goals for education as well as the other 17 SDG 2030 targets.
