BSREM students from Liceo de Cagayan University had their Condominium Project Development Site Visitation at Italpinas Development Corporation (IDC) and Filinvest Development Corporation (FDC) on March 4, 2024
IDC, a design-driven developer of sustainable properties in emerging Philippine cities, and FDC, driven by its commitment to building the Filipino dream, have collectively built homes for over 160,000 families. The recent visit by LDCU-BSREM allowed them to witness firsthand the remarkable achievements of these companies in Cagayan de Oro City: IDC’s Primavera City and FDC’s One Oasis. The JPMAP extends its heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Galdys Echano, the National Sales Director of IDC, and her team for the warm hospitality extended during our visit.
