Liceo de Cagayan University

To complete their onboarding journey, the newly hired employees of Liceo de Cagayan University participated in the Organizational Culture Immersion Seminar (OCIS) on August 16, 2024, at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) 1.

Dr. Edgar V. Romero, Vice President for Human Resources, opened the program with his words of welcome and encouragement, accentuating the importance of the Human Resources Office in providing the employees quality services for their personal and professional growth. Following his speech, the members of the HR team discussed the university profile, code of conduct, recruitment and placement processes, and employee benefits.

The seminar concluded with a short tour at the La Castilla Museum to augment their knowledge about the university's rich history.
