Administrative assistants of the academic and non-academic units of Liceo de Cagayan University participated in the special training on office management and business communication organized by the Human Resources Office, on September 7, 2024, at the Elsa P. Pelaez Memorial Library.
Mr. Hezron A. Daba, Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Human Resources and University Training Officer, served as the resource speaker of the seminar. In his talk, he highlighted the key roles and duties of the administrative assistants in managing daily office operations. He also shared valuable tips for systematic document management, effective business communication, and excellent customer service.
The training concluded with a short workshop which allowed the participants to demonstrate their learning. A second run of the training will be conducted in January next year.
