HRO CONDUCTS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
As part of its comprehensive training program, the Human Resources Office organized a seminar on customer service for the newly deployed security guards on January 21, 2025.
Dr. Edgar V. Romero, Vice President for Human Resources, highlighted the importance of excellent customer service in dealing with clients. Meanwhile, Mr. Hezron A. Daba, the University Training Officer, shared valuable tips for maintaining workplace etiquette and de-escalation techniques for managing minor conflicts.
