HRO HOSTS FORUM ON ENFORCEMENT OF WORKPLACE DISCIP
March 19, 2025 - The Human Resources Office successfully hosted a forum on the enforcement of workplace discipline, bringing together the university administrators (top management officials, deans, principals, and directors) to discuss key practices in handling workplace issues and imposing sanctions on erring employees.
Held at the Main Campus, the event featured Atty. David S. Almarez Jr., Vice President for Administration and Legal Affairs, who provided insights on labor law, university policies, and disciplinary measures. Participants engaged in discussions on addressing workplace misconduct while ensuring fairness and due process.
The event is part of the university's ongoing efforts, through its Training and Development Unit, to strengthen leadership and employee management practices.
