Two years in a row! In connection with the celebration of the feast day of St. Augustine, The Liceo de Cagayan University College of Criminal Justice together with the LDCU Reserve Officers Training Corps participated in the Higalaay Street Parade last August 27, 2023.
The atmosphere was electric with a palpable sense of excitement as vibrant floats and performances filled the streets. The event generated a contagious wave of joy and camaraderie among participants and onlookers alike. Happy Fiesta Kagay-Anons!
