Thomas Schüle is professor of Music Management and Musicology at the Liceo de Cagayan University in the Philippines. 

​After graduating with a Master´s in Musicology, he completed a certificate in Music Management by the German Chamber of Commerce (IHK) with distinction. He attended advanced training with the "Godfather of Music Management" Fritz Rau and other notable individuals. 

Thomas has been an active Music Manager around the globe for 35 years, touring with orchestras and choirs, organizing music festivals, TV and CD productions, and arranging concerts with world stars, both pop and classical, such as Boney M., Sir Elton John, Mstislav Rostropovich, Anne-Sophie Mutter, etc. 

Thomas was a director of INTERKULTUR Germany for two decades during which he was the core organizer of numerous international choir festivals. He also served on the organizing committee of all twelve editions of the WORLD CHOIR GAMES which were held from 2000 to 2023. He was characterized in the media as "a moving force and veteran core organizer of many of the world´s foremost choir festivals and competitions". 

​He has been a member of the Jury for national and international choir competitions in Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and in the Philippines

​Thomas was a choral singer himself for about 25 years and has won first prizes in international competitions in Gorizia 1987, Tolosa 1988 and Marktoberdorf 1989. He has also sung with the professional chorus of the Stuttgart State Opera in hundreds of performances.
