HRO HOLDS SEMINAR SERIES ON BUILDING RAPPORT IN THE WORKPLACE
To enhance the non-teaching personnel’s workplace connection skills within the university, the Human Resources Office organized its first batch of a seminar series on building rapport in the workplace on January 13, 2024, at the Main Library.
Dr. Edgar V. Romero, the Vice President for Human Resources and the Resource Speaker, emphasized the significance of communication, personality, and attitude and the role they play as key factors in establishing strong connections within the university and among its customers.
The training concluded with a short roleplay activity presenting various scenarios of the first-hand experiences of the participants.
