CHAIRPERSONS, COORDINATORS JOIN IN ENHANCEMENT TRAINING ON SUPERVISION
On January 19, 2024, the Office of the Vice President for Human Resources, in partnership with the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, organized the third Faculty Development Program (FDP) for the school year 2023-2025, focusing on instructional supervision. The training aimed to enhance the supervisory skills of chairpersons and coordinators in managing faculty members as their subordinates.
Dr. Conniebel C. Nistal, the Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (ASDS) of the Division of El Salvador City and a part-time lecturer at the School of Teacher Education – Graduate School, served as the invited resource speaker.
