HRO CONDUCTS 2ND BATCH OF SEMINAR SERIES ON BUILDING RAPPORT IN THE WORKPLACE
Following the first batch of the seminar series on building rapport in the workplace, the Training and Development Unit of the Human Resources Office organized the second batch on January 27, 2024, at the Main Library. The participants of the training were mostly non-teaching personnel with a few faculty members from various departments.
Engr. Ian Kit Nehemiah M. Dap-og, the Dean of the College of Engineering, was the invited resource speaker. Combining theory and personal life experiences, Engr. Dap-og spoke on the impact of creating connections towards achieving a harmonious working atmosphere.
A short activity was provided in the second session which assessed the participants’ attitude in dealing with customers and interacting with other people.
