HRO REORIENTS SECURITY PERSONNEL ON EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Recognizing their important role in maintaining peace and order, the Human Resources Office organized a special training in excellent customer service for the security officers of the university. The training was divided into three batches to accommodate all participants, with two batches held on April 16 and one on April 18, 2024.

Dr. Edgar V. Romero, the Vice President for Human Resources, opened the sessions with a brief talk on quality customer service. He stressed the need for front liners, specifically the security personnel, to deal with customers in an amicable and approachable manner.

Following the first part, Mr. Hezron A. Daba, the University Training Officer, shared valuable ideas on using effective greetings in the workplace.

The sessions ended with a short activity facilitated by psychology interns stationed at the office.
