The Basic Education Department, offered across two campuses, provides Preschool, Elementary, Junior High School, and Senior High School. The department develops learners’ cognitive, behavioral, and affective competencies for lifelong learning and post-secondary education through quality instruction anchored in total human formation and the Licean core values.

The University offers a wide range of higher education programs in Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Business, Management and Accountancy, Health Allied Sciences, Education, and Information Technology. Outcome-based curricula, research, dynamic instruction, and strong internship programs prepare students for meaningful personal, social, and professional lives.

Liceo de Cagayan University values continuing professional education and offers master’s and doctoral degree programs that deepen knowledge, strengthen advanced practice, and elevate professionalism across different fields and specializations.

ETEEAP identifies, assesses, validates, and assigns undergraduate-level equivalency to prior learning acquired through formal, non-formal, and informal training and relevant work experience. Qualified learners complete competency enrichment and other academic requirements toward the granting of an appropriate degree.
