LICEO U WINS FIRST INTER-MINDANAO FINANCE COMPETITION
Financial Management students from the School of Business, Management, and Accountancy (SBMA) emerged as champions in the first Inter-Mindanao Finance Competition (IMFC) held last January 22, 2025, at Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan.
The team, composed of Acsara B. Edris Jr., Shane Marie Jardenico, Glyjill F. Nestal, Mariel Requintosa, and Roella Jen Talle, competed against top universities in Mindanao, including Central Mindanao University, La Salle University - Ozamiz, Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, and Capitol University.
The competition tested participants' knowledge of financial tools, investment instruments, corporate finance, and management through rounds of easy, moderate, and difficult questions.
Liceo U’s victory highlights the strength of its finance program and its commitment to developing competitive financial professionals.
