Liceo PhilHealth Konsulta-YAKAP Clinic Orientation
To
strengthen the University’s commitment to accessible and quality healthcare,
the PhilHealth YAKAP Orientation was held today, September 12, 2025, at the
Conference Room of the Liceo U Main Campus, gathering University officials,
partners, and personnel of the Liceo PhilHealth Konsulta-YAKAP Clinic.
Among
the distinguished guests were Chief Operations Officer Dr. Denise O. Orong,
Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Rosella O. Ortiz, University
Comptroller Ms. Chriyzl Mae A. Suello, and Clinic Head of Facility Dr. Jose
Dante D. Estandarte.
The
session was led by Dr. Francis A. Ramos, MD, Medical Specialist I and
PhilHealth YAKAP Coordinator from Regional Office X, who provided key insights
on program processes, quality standards, and healthcare benefits under the
YAKAP framework.
This
initiative reinforces Liceo U’s partnership with PhilHealth in ensuring that
quality and affordable healthcare services are made more accessible to
students, employees, and the entire University community.
